Refund & Return Policy for ForeverBody.eu

At ForeverBody.eu, we want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you or someone you appointed receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to info@foreverbody.eu before the 14-day period ends.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact).
  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the same payment method you used for your order.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was faulty or incorrectly shipped.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@foreverbody.eu with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@foreverbody.eu with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of notifying us.
